I couldn’t stop reading. This one was steadily good from the very beginning, only until the very end did I even expect a plot twist and oh boy was there one! Such a good read.
  • Great Writing, Unsatisfying Red Herrings

Fantastic, enticing writing that keeps you turning the pages! You definitely lean into each perspective and find yourself looking for clues, only to be shocked by the big twist. That being said, a few perspectives felt unnecessary, with one being a pretty unsatisfying red herring that felt too easy for the author — it kept the reader confused but didn’t add anything to the plot. Overall, though, I recommend giving this one a read!

I love the way it starts because I was hooked from the very beginning. I literally finished the last 100 pages in one evening. I couldn’t put it down!

Finished this in two days! Bought the audio book on a road trip then real book to read when I got home. I liked it but I have to say I knew it did it verrrry early on. Still good though!

It’s slow in places. Too much narrative. But, when the hook comes, you can’t stop reading.

Man did this book throw me for a loop! Halfway through the book I thought I had a pretty good idea of what happened but i couldn't have been more wrong. I started putting the pieces together just before they were announced and even then I couldn't believe the turn this book had taken.
